BOOKING PROCEDURE

To confirm a booking of less than three rooms:

At the time of reserving, either details of a credit card must be given in lieu of the deposit of £25.00 per room, per night or the deposit must be paid in cash or by cheque.

CANCELLATION POLICY

FORTY EIGHT HOURS

Cancellations made within forty eight hours of arrival date, (not arrival time) will incur full charges unless the accommodation can be re-let. Reservations of more than two nights will be charged in full for the two nights and all subsequent nights will be charged the deposit fee.

SEVEN DAYS

Reservations cancelled within seven days of arrival date will be charged the daily deposit fee for every night booked.

BLOCK BOOKINGS

To reserve three or more rooms the standard deposit, must be paid in full one month before arrival date. Cancellation within twenty-one days of the arrival date will incur full charges.

THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS

When accommodation is reserved by a third party, the cancellation charges automatically become the responsibility of the third party.

PLEASE ADVISE US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR ALTER YOUR BOOKING IN ANY WAY

Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the above conditions. All amendments or cancellations must be made in writing, cancelling by telephone is not acceptable. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made verbally or in writing, constitutes a legal contract between themselves and Kearton Country Hotel. Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced but charges may be waived if the accommodation can be re-let.
