Directions from the A1
From the A1 leave at Scotch Corner and join the A6108 sign posted for Richmond. Follow this road through Richmond (sign posted for Leyburn and Reeth) for approximately 6 miles, then bear right and join the B6270 (sign posted Reeth and Kirkby Stephen) for approximately 15 miles. This road will take you through the villages of Grinton, Reeth, Healaugh, Low Row, Gunnerside, Muker and on to Thwaite.
Directions from the M6
From the M6 leave at Junction 38 and take the second exit at the roundabout on to the A685 (sign posted for Brough). Follow this road for approximately 11 miles then take the right hand turn (sign posted Nateby B6259). Turn right at the end of the road and follow the B6259 for half a mile then take the left hand turn (sign posted Swaledale, Reeth (B6270)). Follow this road for approximately 12 miles travelling through the villages of Keld and Angram until you arrive in Thwaite.
By Bus
There is a bus service that operates between Keld, Muker and Reeth from Monday to Saturday and stops outside the Hotel. Please see the Dales Bus website for more information and timetables.
